POSITION

Part-time clinical nursing programs instructor. Times and dates to be established. May work Wednesday through Friday, Thursday and Friday, or Saturday and Sunday. May work day or evening shifts.  Teaching nursing assistant, certified (NAC) students, licensed practical nurse (LPN) students and /or registered nursing, associate degree (RN) students.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. BSN
  2. Five (5) years of current clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  3. Current WA State nursing license, or the ability to quickly obtain a license.
  4. Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
  5. Performs related duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Masters degree nursing.
  2. Experience as a clinical instructor.
COMPENSATION

Employees new to RTC will be placed on the Renton Federation of  Teachers union salary schedule in accordance with the contract.  Step A is $37.41 per hour.
