POSITION |
This full time (tenure track) position
is contracted for a maximum of 215 days per fiscal year,
and reports to the Vice President of Student Services. This position provides vocational
counseling, testing and analysis, and career decision making assistance to students from a wide
variety of cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds on academic
and other college issues. Other professional
responsibilities include recruiting; coordinating services with several
area high schools and human services agencies; consulting with faculty,
staff, and administrators on a variety of issues, serving on
departmental and college committees, participating in professional
improvement activities.
Normal work hours for this position will be from 9:00am to
5:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position is scheduled to begin upon selection. |

| COMPENSATION |
The annual salary for this position is from $48,700. to $57,976.,
depending upon education, experience, number of work days,
excluding available incentive programs. Employer-paid benefits include medical and dental coverage, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance as currently provided under the
State of Washington; a retirement plan; and sick leave. Some benefits require that the employee pay a portion of the fees and charges. |
