POSITION	Part-time Aerospace Assembly Mechanic  instructor. Times and dates to be established. Periodic openings for part-time instructor to teach Microsoft SQL 2008.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS	FAA certification (current or expired) in subjects relevant to aerospace assembly. Experience working with Microsoft Office software. Previous teaching experience of industrial skills at the K-12 or post-secondary level is desirable. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Performs related duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION	Employees new to RTC will be placed on the Renton Federation of  Teachers union salary schedule in accordance with the contract.  Step A is $37.41 per hour. Increments for individuals with earned Masters or PhD degrees from an accredited institution.  (Must submit official transcripts).

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT	The person hired must provide proof of citizenship or other authorization for employment. As a faculty member,  this person will be required to become a member of the union, Renton Federation of Teachers (RFT), and must pay dues to the union, or an equal amount as a representation fee within thirty calendar days after employment begins.
