Accounting is the recording and communication of financial accounts. It is one of the most basic and important skills in business and management. The Accounting Clerk program instills fundamental skills in accounting theory and procedures. Students receive training in word processing, database, electronic spreadsheets, and general ledger.

Students can substitute more advanced mathematics classes for AMATH 175. They also may substitute ENGL& 101 for COMP 100.

*Core courses. A Certificate of Completion will be issued to students who earn a 2.0 or higher in each core course with an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher.
