The Institute for Workforce Development and Economic Sustainability (IWDES) is the nonprofit arm of the Association of Washington Business. IWDES co-hosts with the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges a web search engine of workforce training at all of Washington's community and technical colleges, called "Workforce College."  This engine can help you locate well trained students across occupations your company may need.
