5th Annual Tri-Cities Construction Career Day

The primarily outdoor event will take place 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. and lunch will be provided to exhibitors and volunteers. If you choose to participate/sponsor, we encourage you to be creative and provide exciting, inspiring information or demonstrations that will spark students’ interest and actively engage them. To reserve a space, please complete the enclosed registration form and return it to the address indicated by Tuesday, August 31. 2010 Green Expo

Location/Address: South Seattle Community College and Puget Sound Industrial Excellence Center

Event Description:
In response to teacher input from last year's event, we are opening up the Expo to students if you would like to bring them and we are expanding to two days, Oct. 7 and 8. We are also working with the Cool School Challenge program and other partners to put on a Curriculum Swap where you can learn how to do a green project from teachers who have already done one with their students. The Oct. 7 events will take place on the main campus of South Seattle Community College and the Oct. 8 events will be conducted at our usual location at the Puget Sound Industrial Excellence Center where we will be cohosting the event with the Washington Industrial Technical Education Association.

Pierce County Construction Career Day
