Dave Parker

Bio:
Dave Parker has 25 years of teaching experience at RTC, as well as extensive industry experience as a boilermaker. Dave is a recipient of the Washington Association for Occupational Educators (WAOE)’s Excellence in Teaching Award and RTC’s Exceptional Faculty Award. Dave is a certified welding inspector/certified welding educator, and a Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) examiner.
