Adopt A Highway |
|
Every spring and fall, Renton Technical
College volunteers dedicate a Saturday morning
to clean up a section of Maple Valley Highway 169 as part of
Washington state's
Adopt a Highway
program. Volunteers can include faculty, staff, students
and family members over the age of 16.
For more information or to volunteer, please contact
Doug Medbury, Associate
Dean Culinary Arts, Director Food Services.
A big thank you is in order to the “Green Heroes” who helped
keep our section of Maple Valley Highway litter-free during a
morning of cleanup and conversation last fall. As usual, the
effort was a big success!
