Admission Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Must take the COMPASS or ASSET test before entering the program or being placed on the pre-registration list.
• COMPASS pre-algebra score of 60 or higher or completion of MATH 075 with a 2.0 or higher.
• COMPASS score of 41 or higher in reading and writing or completion of ENGL 090 with a grade of 2.0 or higher.
• Prior experience in Machine Trades.

Admission Recommendations

• High school diploma or GED.
• High school-level courses in advanced math, advanced science, mechanical drawing, or metal shop.
• Counselor and instructor interview.
