Program Outcomes

Graduates of the Major Appliance and Refrigeration Technology program will:

• Have the ability to diagnose and successfully repair all malfunctions, both mechanical and electrical, on all major appliances and home and light commercial refrigeration products.
• Have a completed resume and the ability to properly present themselves during a job interview.
• Achieve Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for working with refrigerants.
• Receive 1000 hours of training credit toward the Washington State Specialty Electrician 07D license.
