Institutional Tuition Refund policy:
PREPARATORY PROGRAM REFUNDS (FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY) WILL BE MADE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:
Thirty dollars ($30) of the tuition is not refundable. Refunds will be made for
complete withdrawal on the following basis and become effective the first day
of class whether the student attends class or not:
Withdraw before start date: 100%
(less $30.00) Withdraw within first 7 calendar days: 80%
(less $30.00) Withdraw between the 8th and 20th calendar day: 40%
(less $30.00) Withdraw after the 20th calendar day: No
refund
REFUNDS FOR FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS
See the College's Financial Aid Officer regarding the College's policy on the
Return Of Title IV Federal Financial Aid Funds
Requests for exceptions to this refund policy must be made in writing to the
Office of the Registrar.
PART TIME CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASS REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE .
Thirty dollars ($30) of the tuition is not refundable. All requests for refunds

Withdraw before start date: 100%
(less $30.00) Withdraw within the first 8% of class hours: 80%
(less $30.00) Withdraw within 9% to 25% of class hours: 40%
(less $30.00) After 25% of class hours: No

COMMUNITY EDUCATION, ONLINE COURSES AND CONTRACTED CLASSES REFUND POLICY
Thirty dollars ($30) of the fee is not refundable. All requests for refunds must
be made through the Registration office within the guidelines listed below:
Community Education classes:
Withdrawals received at least 2 business days prior to start date: 100%
(less $30.00) Withdrawals received less than 2 business days
prior to first class meeting: No
refund
Online courses:
Withdraw before start date: 100%
(less $30.00) Withdraw within the first 7 calendar days: 80%
(less $30.00) Withdraw after 7th calendar day: No
refund
Once the online class begins the $40 online technical fee is non-refundable
Contracted class refund policy:
Refunds for contract training are as established in the contract.
IF THE CLASS IS CANCELLED BY THE COLLEGE, 100% OF THE FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.
