On Campus Catering:
Renton Technical College offers several locations for your upcoming event.
Our Main Dining Area
is perfect for weddings, dinners or corporate events.
The maximum capacity is
350 guests.
The Conference Center
is the location for business meetings, smaller weddings, or conferences. The
maximum capacity is 250 guests.
The Culinaire Dining Room
is great for smaller receptions, birthday parties and corporate dinners. The
maximum capacity is 60 guests.
Off Campus Catering:
Renton Technical College will cater off our campus also. We cater to many areas
around the Puget Sound Regions. The menu is the same for on-campus, as well as,
off-campus events. We do charge a nominal delivery fee to travel to your
location.
Rentals:
We are happy to work with you to complete your rental needs for off-campus
catering. We work with several vendors in the area for china, cutlery,
glassware, linens and glassware. We do have a selection of linens, which can be
rented both on and off campus. Our linens rent for a nominal fee of five
dollars each and our selection of napkins rent for fifty cents per napkin.
Rental fees for off-campus events vary with the amount of equipment ordered.
Staffing:
Renton Technical College Catering provides professional, uniformed staff to
assist with your event. Our students and staff set up the buffet lines,
maintain all service standards and clean up the take down the buffet line. We
will also cut and serve the cake at no additional charge. Staffing is charged
at eighteen dollars per staff member, per hour, based on job requirements, with a
minimum of two hours per person.
Payments & Deposits:
A$500 deposit secures your date and time. For payments, we accept: checks, Visa
and MasterCard. All events must be paid in full, the day before the event
unless other arrangements have been made.

We would be happy to discuss your upcoming event. Please call the Catering
office to schedule an appointment, tour the facility or discuss a proposal for
your event. The office is open, Monday thru Friday, from 7 am – 4 pm.

Cakes:
The student operated bakery provides wedding cakes and sheet cakes. If you wish
to order a cake, please call our Catering Manager at (425) 235-5845, ext. 4. We would be
happy to deliver your cake with your full service catering order.
