OBJECTIVE:
This is an intermediate
course in income taxation of corporations, Partnerships and S-Corporations.
We sill also cover fundamental concepts in Federal Payroll Taxes and
Washington State Business and Occupation tax.
Successful completion of a course in fundamental income taxation of
individuals and an intermediate financial accounting course which covers
payroll accounting and accounting for corporations and partnerships is
required.
MAKEUP
POLICY:
No late homework, quizzes, or problems will be graded. Late exam grades will
be reduced by a minimum of 10%
MISSING TIME: Some time can be made up for Financial Aid attendance purposes (see instructor)
TIMELINESS: Being on time is important on the job and in this class. Not only is tardiness disruptive to the classroom, the skills and habits you develop now will directly affect your future employability.
