Enjoy a rewarding career helping businesses to do business. Accountants track a company’s money. They prepare financial reports for a company’s managers and people outside the company. Those reports are used to make all kinds of major decisions, including business development, taxation, and investment. Accountants may work for a company or own their own business. Employment in this field is expected to grow much faster than other jobs through 2018.
