Many employers say that their new employees sometimes lack basic people skills. They unintentionally offend or may even discriminate. It is possible to teach employees be sensitive to these issues. The following recommended items are all videos or DVDs, because multimedia is especially useful for affective learning—learning that affects the attitudes and emotions.
