Land Survey Technician
"I had attended RTC previously, so when I was hoping to start a new career, I
knew RTC was the best place to get my training. I previously finished RTC’s
civil engineering program back in 1987. I like RTC because the campus is
beautiful, the teachers are motivated and everyone is eager to learn. It’s a
great learning environment. After I graduate, I plan to get my land surveying
license and get to work.
The course material is challenging but relevant—the instructors have extensive
experience in the field, so they teach us exactly what we need to know. Joining
this program has given me purpose and helped me establish both personal and
professional goals.
RTC is the place to get a technical degree or certificate—it seems like everyone
has a job lined up before they graduate, which is a testament to the commitment
RTC staff and faculty have to seeing students succeed."
