Medical Receptionist
First impressions are important, and as the Medical Receptionist you provide
that first, positive response to patient needs. You train
on computers and learn anatomy and terminology, oral and written
communications, telephone techniques, and how to triage, schedule
appointments, and
access patient records as you prepare yourself to become a
valued member of the medical office team.
A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful
completion of course requirements. Transfer credit from other
institutions will be considered upon validation of transcript and
course work.
