Employer Resources

RTC currently has over 60+ career training programs split into 7 areas of study. We are a proud Achieving the Dream Leader College that serves a diverse student population. Out of the 34 community & technical colleges in Washington State, RTC holds the highest graduation rate along with one of the state’s highest job placement rates at an impressive 85%.

If you’re looking to hire one of RTC’s highly qualified graduates, consider these options:

Post a Job Online:

Make a free account through our Career Services Management system, Symplicity, by visiting the RTC Career Connections - Simplicity site. Using this site, you can fully engage with RTC students and alumni through posting job opportunities and viewing job-seeker profiles.

Post a Job on Campus:

If you have a flyer for a hiring event or a specific job you would like to post, please email the document to CareerServices@rtc.edu

Please note: if your posting does not have a date listed on it, it will be removed after 10 days.

Participate in On-Campus Recruiting Opportunities:

RTC Career Services hosts several Career Fairs every year. There are often registration fees associated with Career Fairs. All proceeds from Career Fairs go towards student scholarships, funding our campus food pantry, and other student-centered resources. If you have questions, please email CareerServices@rtc.edu. To register for an upcoming Career Fair, please visit the RTC Career Connections - Simplicity site.

Employers who have multiple open jobs can participate in our Employer of the Week program. Your team can reserve a table in the RTC Cafeteria on a Tuesday during lunch time for maximum exposure. Bring any swag or give-aways you have as well as descriptions for open positions.  This is an exciting way to engage with RTC’s student body during one of the busiest times on campus! To schedule your Employer of the Week table, please contact CareerServices@rtc.edu

The Career Services department would love to partner with you to offer brand-new options! Some ideas for these new opportunities could include:

  • a Reverse Career Fair
  • workshops with specific programs (maybe one you are recruiting!)
  • Employer partnerships

If you want to be more involved with RTC’s students, please contact CareerServices@rtc.edu.
