FACULTY/STAFF TECHNOLOGY NEEDS

As most of us continue to work from home, we are committed to ensuring our faculty and staff have all the technology they require. If you still need a computer, monitor, Internet access, or other equipment, please complete the Faculty and Staff Technology Needs Survey.  If you currently have loaner equipment from RTC that is properly signed out, you do not need to complete the survey. The CTS team is contacting those who have made requests. Technical support remains available at servicedesk@rtc.edu.

 

STUDENT TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE

We want all of you to have the technology you need to be successful. If you need a computer, Internet access, calculator, or other equipment, please complete the Technology Needs Survey. Students who have completed the survey can come to building C to pick up their device and have a short tutorial on using it and logging into your student accounts between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. From 9/21/2020 through 10/8/2020 after these dates please schedule an appointment by contacting servicedesk@rtc.edu.
