No Address? Computer Science Has A Three Word Answer.

Billions of people on Earth have no address, not even one your local librarian could help you find. A start-up called What3words is working to fix that. It’s divided the world up into 3 square meter parcels, and given each of them a unique three-word address.  RTC Library might be, or tape.funded.half, for example.  (We have several addresses, because we’re larger than 3 square meters. We have to be to hold the 50+ computers, over 50,000 books, and millions of journal and magazine articles we carry for your research.)
