Renton Technical College's Office of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships (OISP) builds connections between the college and employers, community organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and regional leaders.

Through collaboration, workforce training, and strategic partnerships, we create opportunities that support student success, strengthen our communities, and advance the region's workforce.

What we do:

• Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, industry, education, government and community organizations.
• Provide continuing education, professional development and customized workforce training.
• Connect employers with RTC programs, students and workforce development opportunities.
• Bring regional leaders together to identify emerging needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Support innovation and responsible artificial intelligence (AI) practices through institutional policies, guidance and resources.
