Use this form to report academic or behavioral misconduct*, such as academic dishonesty, assault, cyber-misconduct, weapons, hazing, lewd conduct, alcohol/drugs, vandalism, or disorderly behavior.

Use this form if you are a student wishing to resolve an issue or concern whether in the classroom or elsewhere at RTC. This process includes both instructional and non-instructional concerns.

Student Wellbeing Report

Use this form to share concerns about a student who may be in distress or need additional support. The Assessment and Care Team (ACT) reviews reports to connect students with care, resources, and guidance to promote a safe, caring campus.

*Any alleged complaints/violations related to sexual, racial and other harassment, or bias-related behaviors should be reported directly to the Office of Human Resources, per RTC Policy/Procedure 4.1, Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy and Complaint Procedure.
