NOTICE

***In accordance with the King County Verification of Vaccination Order that goes into effect on 10/25/21, customers from the general public 12-years of age and older, must provide verification that they are fully vaccinated as required to dine in indoor establishments. As an alternative to providing vaccine verification, prior to entry individuals must provide digital or printed documentation from a testing agent, including a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy of a negative FDA-authorized or approved molecular (e.g., PCR) test, or an FDA authorized or approved antigen (e.g., rapid) test administered within the previous 72 hours. Antigen tests that are self-administered will not be accepted.***


Culinaire Room

A sit-down restaurant featuring upscale daily menus at reasonable prices. It offers a delicious selection of Northwest, ethnic, and international cuisine.

Check, cash, Visa, or MasterCard are accepted.

Hours of Operation: 11:15 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday - Friday, when school is in session.


C.A.F.E. (Culinary Arts Furthering Education) Dining

The College C.A.F.E. features daily specials from the grill,  breakfast, deli, salad bar, and beverage station.

Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Cash is not currently accepted.

Hours of Operation -  Breakfast: 7 - 10 a.m. | Lunch: 11:15 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday – Friday.


Culinaire Express

Fast food for people on the go! Featuring quick burgers, wraps, baskets, pizza, and daily specials.

Cash, Visa, or MasterCard are accepted. Cash is not currently accepted.

Hours of Operation - 11 a.m. - 2:45 p.m., Monday - Friday, when school is in session. Closed until further notice.


Bakery

An assortment of freshly baked goods is prepared daily by students in the Professional Baking program and sold in the RTC Bakery. Special order cakes, pies, or other breads and pastries are available by calling (425) 235-2352, ext. 5596. Minimum three (3) day notice is required for special orders.

Hours of Operation - 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday - Friday, when school is in session.


Catering

Let RTC make your event special, whether it's a wedding, box lunch, or special occasion at home or at work. (Rental facilities are available for groups of all sizes.) Call the Catering Department to discuss special orders and catering arrangements, (425) 235-5730.
