Mental Health Awareness Month

Welcome!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and RTC is proud to offer a series of FREE student events designed to support mental wellness, build community, and connect students with valuable resources.
All Mental Health Awareness Month events are proudly presented by RTC, sponsored by our Associated Student Government (ASG). Find your place here.
Prioritizing mental health improves focus, academic performance, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. Even small steps—like taking a deep breath, attending a fun event, or reaching out to others—can make a big difference.
We invite you to explore the activities below and join us in celebrating May!
